The WASP Forum Core Members are Wireless Access Service providers with a direct connection to all 3 Mobile Operators in Belgium and are offering their access services to third parties. Example: “SMS Connectivity Providers” offering SMS Services and additional mobile services (MMS, LBS, etc.) towards professional and residential markets in Belgium.
Potential WASP Forum Associate Members: Content & Application Providers, Hardware & Software vendors, Mobile Operators, etc. Those parties want to support the activities of the WASP Forum and be informed about the activities.

A new version of the GOF Guidelines is now available. An important change is the obligation to use a double opt-in for all SMS and MMS subscription services. Click here for the press release about these updated guidelines. Please carefully read the new GOF Guidelines and make sure to adapt your mobile services according to these new rules at the latest by March 15, in order to avoid any legal complaints. |
